� � � � Thers are beautiful tiles featuring the work of Bartolome Estebon Murrillo, which originated in the 1600's. The tiles are expertly framed in wood with velvet mats. The famous scenes portray beggar children with their dog, who have stolen baskets of fresh fruit. The � framing of these tiles was done by H M of England, Harleigh China Co, in 1970. They are exceptionally well made pieces which present in very good to excellent condition. The tiles look great, and the frames have also held up very well ( there is one very minor dent in one wood of the frames). Each mat is done in brown velvet, and looks nice and clean. They both have a ring on the underside for hanging, and measure 6 and a 1/2 in square. The tiles alone are round, and measure 4 and 5/8 in across. These are lovely pieces which will display beautifully wherever they are hung. They have a wonderful classic charm to them which instantly brings a smile to your face. Collectors and enthusiasts of Murrillo would love to own and display these pieces.�
