This is a vintage HF August 1970 Schwinn Apple Krate bicycle in all original, barn find condition. This bike has been preserved as found, and is ready to ride and have fun with. This bike was originally sold by Roy's Bike shop in Utah as can be seen by the original decal on the seat tube. This krate bike is in very solid, rideable condition, and has a killer patina that only time can create. Everything looks to be original on this bike, and nothing new has been changed, added, or re-painted. Even the original tires are in rideable condition! This bike rides very smooth and well, and everything operates and shifts like it should. The only thing I can see wrong is there are 2 missing rear spokes, but that does not affect the bikes performance at all. I have the front fender too, but its in pretty rough shape, and will be included with the bike. Please look carefully at all of the pictures, and remember, this bike is not one to be restored, but instead left in its as-is condition and enjoyed for its true originality.***FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING IN THE U.S.A.
