Golden Carnival Open House 11/23/1954 of the Grand Blanc Michigan Tank Plant. This is a notebook showing the tour that was given with 29 8x10 photos of the exhibits and people. It shows displays, tanks, firefighting equipment, machines and assemblies of parts. Not sure if this notebook was given to everyone that participated or employees or what. I grew up thinking all car factories were called tank plants, not realizing what an important part they played in the war making tanks and planes for the armed services. A nice collection of memorabilia.
