This is a stunning vintage Scottish Sterling Silver Iona Celtic Knot Kilt Pin with full hallmarks for Birmingham 1950 and the rare makers mark F.N. We have seen many pieces of Celtic Revival jewellery produced after the death in 1941 of Alexander & Euphemia Ritchie with their famous Iona Celtic Arts workshop on the Scottish Holy Isle of Iona, but have never come across this early maker and would welcome any suggestions. The kilt pin is a dainty piece measuring 2" long and is in superb vintage condition with a C clasp and lovely patina that would polish to a high shine if desired; this could easily be used as a brooch. We pride ourselves on our customer service and pack with extreme care, so please email if you have any questions and check out our feedback. We do not stop auctions early or use Buy It Now. We have set a very conservative starting bid and have not wasted time with a hidden reserve, so happy bidding!
