1940s wartime Vintage inspired ladies blouse size 14 by French Connection in 100% cotton A lovely Navy polka dot blouse with cowl neckline and baggy short sleeves scooped back with button fastened epulettes on shoulders. This is a baggy smock style blouse and would probably fit a size bigger just as well.
