The house has been vacant for 20 years. The reason I'm saying 1940s is just from Internet research. I haven't washed it. It's still dirty. There's no rips or tears in it, and it is good shape. Clasp works. Plastic coin purse intact. Cool looking item. Sold as is. Dusty.
