Excellent clean & original condition vintage diecut cardboard Halloween decoration from the 1940’s, made in US by H.E. Luhrs. This is a black cat pirate, Puss-N-Boots character with embossed surface, and measures 18 ½”H x 6 ½”. Clean & intact with no damages or excessive wear – has a creased ear and has a little tape residue in one corner. Looks & displays nicely & is guaranteed old & authentic.
