Here is a Coca Cola advertising thermometer. It is dated 1-15-38 on the rim. It is made of tin and measures 16" x 6-3/4". The thermometer is not broken. There is some foxing to the finish and a pair of extra holes have been made in it at the top of the bottle. There are scratches & chips in the finish including heavy chipping around the top hole, and a chip with a ding/small dent right above that hole, but overall the thermometer has a good appearance. The clean back shows that it was never displayed outside. The particular bottle on the thermometer is known to collectors as the "Christmas Coke Bottle". Great gift for the Coke enthusiast in your life! Selling it AS IS, with no reserve, buyer pays shipping.
