The package will not be marked as insured but rest assured it is 100 percent covered! Any packages sent domestically with a value of $249 and over will require a signature confirmation. International postage starts at $15.00 for air mail. (Sorry but postage has just gone up again and I don't set the postage fees!) Canada starts at $8.95. If an international package is valued at over $249 is must be sent express international mail and the buyer is responsible for the postage, or it must be sent in separate packages and the buyer must pay postage for each of them. This is required by the insurance company. The insurance is by the same private company as stated above. Also please know that it can take 6 weeks or longer for international packages because of customs. Germany has been taking 6 - 9 weeks. Insurance claims can't be filed until 6 weeks after mailing. I will gladly combine shipping but multiple wins may require larger or multi packaging resulting in higher costs. I can't be held responsible for customs delays. All shipping and handling costs are stated. Each item is wrapped professionally and securely and mailed the same or the next day. Shipping and handling rates are more than the postage stamped on the package. Insurance, gift boxes, packaging and gas, etc. are all taken into account. ***** Ebay now charges sellers 12% on shipping fees - on top of the usual listing fees and 12% final value fees. And let's not forget the Paypal fees. "Shipping & Handling" costs also reflect a portion of these fees.
