Here is the pictorial - text story entitled The March of Suffrage which appeared in the Literary Digest of 1913. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL. WE DO NOT DEAL IN COPIES. This is a report that on May 2, 1913, ten thousand woman and men from various States marched because there is too much difference to be lightly ignored. Goes on to read, " Ech successive parade shows clearly how great the progress in poise and earnestness of those who take part in it. There was a quiet air of confident determination throughout which no one could failed to notice... At a Suffrage pageant in the Metropolitan Opera House Colonel (Teddy) Roosevelt made a straight-out woman suffrage speech..."In no state where suffrage has been tried has it done damage and in every state it has bettered social and industrial conditions.
