Attic Find! This is a large lot of 1906-1917 Sunday comic sections. Certainlynot mint-they are as found and most have multiple tears, folds, etc. Some have a piece out side or corner, but overall the paper has remained quite supple. Neat thing is the mix of regional comic strips during these early years of Sunday funnies as well as nationally syndicated strips. There are 39 1912-1917 Buffalo Times with Fineheimer Twins and others, 26 1914-1917 Buffalo Express 6 have 'Son in Law' strips that have a Charlie Chaplin character as the main feature plus there's Hairbreadth Harry and Capt and Kids, Clare Dwiggins,etc, 21 1914-1917 Buffalo Courier Knerr Katzenjammer Kids and others plus 1 Buster Brown and to top it off there are 3 1906 Syracuse Herald with hard to find (and very expensive!)Sambo. That's a total of 89 Platinum Age Comic Sections!!!. Again-these show their age, but we should look so good at +100 years old!!. They will be shipped in a box folded at the center seam.
