A lovely oval hand carved shell cameo pendant mounted in 18ct gold in excellent condition. Stamped 750 which equates to 18ct gold. Purchased in 1972 on the Ponte Vecchio, Florence. Comes with the box that confirms this. Approx. 40mm long by 30mm wide. Classic beauty, right profile. Gross weight 6.5 grms. No cracks or repairs. There is a small indentation at the top of the gold mount (see photo 7) which is only noticeable from the top on close inspection. Does not detract.
