This auction offers a beautiful piece of Victorian Sterling Silver in the elegant RADIANT pattern introduced by Whiting in 1896. The SUGAR CUBE TONGS are 3 7/8" long. They are stamped (see photo) with the WHITING maker's mark, "Sterling" and the Patent Date. The tongs are in exceptional estate condition with no damage of any kind. The cartouche on one side is lightly engraved with the initial "W". The Sugar Cube Tongs will be a superb addition to any Radiant service or Sterling collection!
