1891 Spelter boy Statue Oil Lamp Charles Anfrie 26

1891 Figural Kerosene Oil Banquet Lamp mint nice old huge kerosene oil lamp, has ring on the top to hold the shade or globe. Has a boy in knickers and a long sleeve shirt with a vest on, he is bare footed, signed on his leg? can't make out what it reads, see picture. He is holding his hand out, He is smiling. Charles Anfrie. Metal is silver that has a gold finish, it has some patina on it. A magnet does not stick to it. Has a cast iron bottom, and if I look at it long enough I start to see numbers and letters, but can not make out what it reads. It is 26 1/2" tall and has a 5 1/8 inch The boy is 15 1/2", The base is 8" round. The prongs or clips that hold a chimney are tight. Does not come with a chimney or globe. It is patent dated inside June 30 1891, 3 times around the inside where the kerosene container sits. It has 6 cupids, or cherubs or angels with wings around the bulbous top. The wick circle 1 3/4". The embossed kerosene holder is 4 3/4" high and 5" across, overall 6 3/4" high. The wick dial Has Made in U.S. of America. Where you put the gas in I can not unscrew it and has a flower on the top.
