Very nice matched pair of Royal Wettina Robert Hanke porcelain vases made around 1890s. These vases display embossed porcelain leaves and flowers on the top and bottom along with two gold figural snail handles on either side and decorated with intricately hand painted flowers completed with gold gilt trim on the rim and base. The Robert Hanke Porcelain Factory of Ladowitz, Austria was founded in 1882 and closed in 1945. The factory was famous for its decorative porcelain creations. These vases are marked with Royal Wettina Robert Hanke marks on the underside of each vase. The vases are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing with gold trim loss on the top edge and light wear to the backs of the snail handles on one vase. Bears incised number 5534 on each.
