ITEM : Up for sale is this antique vintage Indenture or Deed document dated 1803. This rare piece of ephemera, all of the document hand written, is between a Joseph Miller, Northern Liberties, Philadelphia (a house carpenter) and a John McCullock (book seller) of the same city. For the sum of $60 silver is selling a plot of land near Delaware and Seventh Street. All signatures are intact and on the document.The document measures approx. 21.25 x 14.25 inches when fully opened.
