For sale is an ANTIQUE (at least) 12 KARAT SOLID GO LD POCKET WATCH. The case is made b y Wadsworth (circa 1890-1920?) and the style is 'Referee' with 20 year warranty. Case is not hallmarked, but verified by a jeweler to be between 10k & 14k and further gold acid tested and verified and guaranteed to b e at least 12 karat solid gold. It shows some wear typical for its age, but is in overall good condition. It has snap level releases for back casing access to watch works and for front access to watch face. The watch is not currently working properly. It will run, but stops frequently and has to be moved or tapped to start again (MAY JUST NEED A GOOD CLEANING, BUT I CAN'T BE SURE SO SELLING IT AS IS, NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING. It has a top wind and only the hour hand. I don't know if it was made with one hand (there are several old styles that were) or if the minute hand is missing. It is a Swiss movement with 15 jewels made by Helbros with 3 adjustment settings. This is a smaller size pocket watch for a woman or a pendant and measures a little over 1" round (not counting wind, crown or bails). IT IS A VERY UNIQUE AND ELEGANT PIECE. WEIGHS 13.93 GRAMS.
