Up for grabs is a #1047-4 h.t.f. Ball "Garden Walk" canning/freezer jar and has never been used . This jar is N.O.S. and is in mint condition. The painted fruit and vegetable design on the sides is perfect, not faded, no scratches, or shelf wear, and is a tan color, hard to get the true color on the computer. The jar has no chips or cracks. You will be pleased with this jar. For freezing instructions at the top of the jar, and embossed. "Do not fill above this line when used as a freezer jar." The jar is 6 3/4" tall and holds 24 oz. Will come with a 1974 2 piece lid. This jar was made for a short time at the El Monte plant in California, Around 1965. Will come with a 1974 2 piece lid.On the base is embossed, "Garden walk, all purpose Mason jar, by Ball 3". The 3 under Ball is the plant code for El Monte California.
