Pali Hawaiian Shirts were made in Japan by Clarence Hara, who imported the shirts through his company Fuji import. The company was founded in 1949. The word Pali means "cliff". The Aloha Shirt was first sold at "Musashi-ya Shoten" in Honolulu. "Musashi-ya" was established by Japanese immigrant Chotaro Miyamoto in 1904. This particular clothing label is from a Hawaiian shirt.
