Howard Greer was an American fashion designer born in 1896. He began his career in 1916 at Lucile. After the World War I he remained in Europe. He returned to America in 1921 as chief designer for Famous Players-Lasky studios. Greer Inc. was opened in 1928 in Los Angeles, California. Howard Greer retired in 1962.
