明治巳年初秋　行年七十才　雙龍軒 "Meiji mi nen shoshuu gyounen nanajussai Souryuken". This mark comes from a "fuchi", a sword ferrule in the shape of a cap or ring, and was made by Yoshinori. Yoshinori worked as a "soukenkinkou" in the Nara line of the Seki house. Soukenkinkou is the Japanese name for metalworkers who design accessories for bladed weapons.
