江府住 安壽 Koufu ju Yasutoshi. This mark comes from a tsuba. Yasutoshi worked as a soukenkinkou in the Nara line of the Ido housu. Soukenkinkou is the Japanese name for the makers of the accessories for bladed weapons. A tsuba is a sword guard, designed to protect the hand from contact with the blade and from an opposing sword. They also help balance out the weight of the sword.
