Pattern No. 343, also called Sunburst pattern was manufactured by Heisey Glass Company. The pattern is pictured here on a sugar bowl with cover, but many items were made in the same pattern. The Heisey Glass Company of Newark, Ohio, was founded in 1895 by A.H. Heisey. The company was operated by Heisey and his sons until 1957, when the factory went out of business.
